What are Eastview small groups all about?

We focus small groups around four values: Gather, Grow, Give, and Go. These values coincide with Eastview’s vision statement and provide the foundation for healthy, vibrant small groups. Check out what these “4G’s” are all about.

As a leader, you are asked to maneuver all
sorts of situations.

These videos are designed to help you thrive as a leader in crucial moments. Topics, to name a few, include gathering consistently, prayer in small groups, using God’s Word properly, serving as a group, conflict management, building trust, how to intervene with group members, accountability in small groups and how to facilitate crucial conversations. We encourage you to discuss these leadership topics with your coach and fellow small group leaders.

Leading groups through the Scriptures can be intimidating at times.

This resource was created by J.K. Jones to help individuals filter through scripture in a healthy and full way. Utilize this resource as you prepare to lead a small group or for your own personal study.
